Green Living Northwest is excited to let you know about this educational and fun event that is happening in April. This event is brought to you by our friends at Gourmet Foragables & More.
Learn how to identify mushrooms and wild edibles in their native setting with local wild harvest expert Josh Yake, owner of Gourmet Foragables & More. Then indulge in a 5 course gourmet dinner featuring items found on the foray! The dinner is to be prepared by executive chef Joshua Martin at “Spokane’s Best New Restaurant,” Casper Fry. Seating is VERY limited and is first-come-first serve. Make your reservations today!
